Project31 Dance Studio's competitive program is commercial dance program taught from a classical approach. Our team dancers study classical dance techniques, commercial dance styles, and acrobatics. The goal of our competition program is to give the dancers the tools to become well-rounded artists, entertainers, and performers.

Our dancers' safety, health, and wellness is priority at Project31. We believe in teaching all of our dancers about proper alignment, technique, and body positioning to promote the longevity of their tool. We teach our dancers how to properly warm-up and prepare their bodies for dance as well as how to stretch, strengthen, cross-train, and fuel their bodies to prevent injury.

At Project31 all of our dancers work together to achieve new goals. We have programs for dancers ages five and up. Our team dancers train from two to four days, three to twelve hours a week depending on the dancer's program. If you would like to set up a private audition for the 2022-2023 season please email the studio at director@project31dancestudio.org

Prospective dancers should realize that competitive dance is a dancer, parent, and family commitment. Dancers on our competition teams participate in dance as their club sport. Though the commitment is great, so is the reward. We welcome any dancer who has drive. determination, and passion for dance.

Our company dancers hail from Abington, Braintree, Carver, Cohasset, Duxbury, Hingham, Hull, Marshfield, Milton, Norwell, Scituate, Weymouth, Plymouth, and Rockland. Our Company dancers compete in 3 regional competitions, multiple charity benefits, holiday performances, as well as our annual recital.
